Dave Mareiro is currently the VP of Financial Planning and Analysis at Neo4j since January 2023. Previously, Dave served as Senior Director of Corporate Development at Proofpoint, managing M&A strategy and integration from December 2019 to February 2023. Prior to that, Dave was the Senior Director of Operations for Insider Threat Management at Proofpoint, overseeing the successful integration of ObserveIT, which experienced over 100% year-over-year growth. At ObserveIT, Dave held the position of Senior Director of FP&A and Business Operations, guiding financial planning during the company's Series B fundraising and eventual sale to Proofpoint. Earlier roles include Senior Manager of Analytics at Pivotal, Sr. Business Analyst at EMC, and financial and operations internships at Brightcove and athenahealth. Dave holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy from Boston College and a BSE in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
