Rodrigo Raval is an accomplished Director of Software Engineering at Neo Financial since October 2021, where responsibilities include tech and process scaling, enhancing technology architecture, and fostering a dynamic company culture. Previously, Rodrigo expanded a development team significantly from 2 to 40 members while overseeing project and product management to align initiatives with long-term goals. With experience in building innovative tools at 24-7 Intouch and managing professional services at Betta Group, Rodrigo has a strong background in IT project support, technical issue resolution, and team mentorship. Rodrigo also held various technical and support roles at Telesul, Stream Global Services, Avaya, IBM, and K2 Soft, demonstrating expertise in both technical support and infrastructure management. Rodrigo holds a diploma in Information Technology from RRC Polytech and has pursued studies in Computer Engineering at Unisalesiano University.
