Jesus Balcazar-Montelongo has a diverse work experience. In 2022, they began working as an Operations Analyst at Raistone. Prior to that, they worked at Equity Real Estate, LLC as a Real Estate Agent starting in 2019. In this role, they built a business website, conducted numerous market analyses, and excelled in marketing, interpersonal communication, and sales. Jesus also volunteered at Ronald McDonald House Charities from 2013 to 2020, where they assisted with maintenance, cooked, and served food for families at the charity. Additionally, they volunteered and studied at Guangzhou Zhixin High School in China in 2016, teaching English and learning about disaster preparedness.

Jesus Balcazar-Montelongo attended Judge Memorial Catholic High School from 2014 to 2018. After completing high school, they enrolled at Utah Valley University in 2018 and earned an Associate of Science degree in University Studies in 2020. Concurrently, from 2018 to 2021, they also pursued a Bachelor of Business Management degree in International Business at Woodbury School of Business. In March 2021, Jesus obtained a certification in "Becoming a Product Manager" from LinkedIn.
