Jim Kaldem has a diverse work experience, spanning several industries and roles. Jim began their career in 1980 as a Section Manager at Signetics and later served as the Director of Quality at Lasercard Systems. In 1990, they became the Quality Manager at Taliq Corporation and then transitioned to the role of Operations Manager at Raychem, part of Tyco Electronics and Tyco International, in 1993.
