Mylena Souza is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and employee engagement with extensive experience at Nelogica since May 2018, where roles have included Talent Acquisition Lead, Talent Engagement Lead, People Analyst II, People Analyst I, and People Intern. In these positions, Mylena has successfully led recruitment and engagement strategies, managed teams of recruiters, and enhanced employee experiences through onboarding and leadership development initiatives. Prior to Nelogica, Mylena gained experience as an intern at Banrisul and Fundação de Assistência Social e Cidadania - FASC. Mylena is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, expected to graduate in 2024.
