Nicole Halve is an experienced Policy Advisor and Data Analyst currently working at the Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit since May 2016, specializing in budget-related projects for long-term care in the Netherlands and employing data analysis to support policy decisions using R programming. Previously, Nicole completed a master's thesis at the University of Groningen focusing on the cost-effectiveness of oncology drugs, and has held research internships at Stichting Kind en Ziekenhuis, Sanofi, and Erasmus MC, where studies spanned quality assessment in outpatient childcare, electronic medical records in clinical trials, and the biological underpinnings of anxiety disorders in children. Nicole holds a Master of Science in Management, Policy Analysis and Entrepreneurship in Health and Life Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Life Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
