Under Juan Vicente's leadership, Necomplus specializes in providing outsourcing solutions for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty across various sectors, emphasizing advanced call handling, backoffice services, and bespoke technological solutions. Prior to joining Necomplus, Juan Vicente held the position of Director of Application Development at VeriFone from February 1988 to October 1992. Juan Vicente is an alumnus of Universitat d'Alacant, where a degree in Computer Engineering was obtained.
