Himadri Sarkar currently serves as EVP and Global Head of Consulting at Teleperformance, a position held since August 2020, focusing on consulting, analytics, and solution design. Prior to this role, Himadri held the title of Director - Consulting at Cognizant Technology Solutions from March 2011 to August 2020, where responsibilities included process excellence, analytics, automation, and CRM technologies. Earlier career experiences encompass managerial roles in business excellence at Metlife Global Operations Support Centre, improvements and projects at Hutchison 3G, and front office management at both Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Renaissance Mumbai Hotel & Convention Centre. Himadri holds a Post Graduation in Business Administration from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Graduation in Hospitality Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition in Kolkata.
