Monali S. Virkhare is a Sr. Data Integration Engineer at NECI since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Toyota North America as a Project Manager and Business Analyst from April 2019 to April 2020. From November 2012 to October 2015, they served as a Project Manager and Technical Lead at Larsen & Toubro Limited. Monali S. also held the positions of Assistant Manager and Sr. Executive Engineer at the company. Additionally, they worked as an Executive Engineer and Testing Engineer at Larsen & Toubro Limited. Monali S. started their career as a Diploma Apprentice at Ordinance Factory India in 2003.

Monali S. Virkhare started their education at Saraswati Vidhyalaya, Nagpur (SIES) where they obtained their High School degree in the year 2000. Monali S. then attended Shri Datta Meghe Polytechnic, Nagpur from 2000 to 2003, earning their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. Subsequently, they studied at Government College of Engineering Aurangabad from 2004 to 2007, obtaining an Engineer degree with a specialization in Electronics and Telecommunication.

In addition to their formal education, Monali has pursued various certifications. In March 2019, they earned the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance. In April 2020, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Moreover, they completed the Certification in Customer Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania - Coursera in August 2020. Finally, in September 2020, they acquired the Certification in Operations Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania.
