Tamanna Moushumi began their work experience in 2016 with various roles in different companies. Tamanna worked as a Senior Cashier at Inditex, where they were responsible for handling cash transactions and analyzing sales targets. Tamanna also worked as an SEO Corporate Law Candidate at City Solicitors Horizons and participated in the ITV News General Election News Team. In 2017, Tamanna was recognized as one of the Top 100 Women to Watch at Barclays. Tamanna then joined Newton Europe as a participant in the Recruitment Secrets Mentoring program. In 2019, Tamanna worked as an Onboarding & Performance Analyst at eviivo. Currently, they are working at NearSt as a Partnerships Executive, focusing on customer success.
