Tracy Hecht has diverse work experience across various industries. Tracy is currently working as a Community Association Manager at Neal Communities of Southwest Florida, Inc. Since joining the company in June 2021, they have been responsible for managing community associations.

Prior to that, Tracy worked at Access Residential Management from 2015 to 2021. Tracy held multiple roles during their tenure, including Regional Director of Operations Sarasota and Director of Professional Development & Operations Sarasota Market. Tracy was responsible for overseeing operations and professional development in the Sarasota region. Tracy also served as an LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager) from 2015 to 2019, where they managed community associations.

Tracy also has experience in the real estate industry. Tracy worked as a Real Estate Sales Agent at Access Real Estate from 2018 to 2021, where they assisted clients with real estate transactions.

Before that, Tracy worked at Terra Management Services, Inc. as an LCAM from 2014 to 2015, and at Argus Property Management as an LCAM from 2013 to 2014. Tracy also served as an LCAM at Casey Property Management from 2008 to 2013.

Tracy's earlier work experience includes roles such as Leasing Consultant at Tmobile Phone Zone from 2003 to 2005, Colocation Specialist at SpectraSite Communications from 2000 to 2002, and Closing Specialist at Executive Title from 1995 to 1999.

Tracy Hecht attended Florida SouthWestern State College from 1995 to 1996, where they studied Legal Assistant/Paralegal.

In terms of additional certifications, Tracy obtained the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certification from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) in August 2020. Tracy also obtained the Association Management Specialist (AMS) certification from the Community Association Institute in December 2020. Tracy is also a Notary Public, having obtained the certification from NOTARY SERVICES OF FLORIDA, LLC in February 2015. Additionally, they hold a license as a Licensed Community Association Manager from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, which they obtained in September 2008. Lastly, Tracy is a Licensed Realtor, having obtained the license from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in February 2020.
