Miriam Miranda has significant experience in operations and human resources, currently serving as Operations/HR at Dallas Mechanical Group, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Miriam held multiple positions at Fotona LLC from May 2015 to September 2022, including Operations Manager, where key responsibilities included cost control and workforce management, as well as supporting the sales staff and overseeing facilities maintenance and HR functions. Earlier experience includes serving as Claims Supervisor and Customer Service Manager at Walmart, where inventory management, employee development, and vendor relations were primary focus areas. Additionally, Miriam volunteered as Church Coordinator and Youth Group Leader at Lighthouse from October 2013 to March 2015, showcasing a commitment to community involvement.
