Scott Schroer has extensive work experience in the building brands industry. Scott started their career at Butler Manufacturing in 1988, where they held various engineering roles including Design Engineer, Quote Engineer, and Engineering Manager. Scott then joined NCI Building Systems, Inc. in 2010, where they served as a Special Projects Manager, Director of Research and Systems Development, and ultimately as Vice President of Engineering. In 2014, Schroer joined Ceco Building Systems as Director of Engineering Services and later became the Director of Operations. Scott is currently working at Cornerstone Building Brands as the VP Engineering and Drafting for Ceco/Garco/Robertson Building Brands.

Scott Schroer attended Bradley University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics.
