Peter V. has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Peter started their career in the United States Marine Corps as a Non-commissioned Officer from 1985 to 1990. Later, they joined Emerson Industrial Automation, where they served as the Director of Operations and took on Engineering & Operations leadership roles from 1992 to 2005. At SPS, Peter V. was the President and had P&L responsibility in the plumbing distribution and retail sector from 2005 to 2007. Peter then joined Davco Electrical Contractors Corp. as the VP - Division Manager from 2007 to 2009. Peter V. worked at Morgan Advanced Materials as the Vice President of Global Operations from 2010 to 2011, and later became the President from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2019, they served as the President & Chief Operating Officer at Dayton Superior. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President Commercial Operations at Cornerstone Building Brands since May 2020 and was previously the President Buildings from 2019 to 2020.

Peter V. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive MBA - Marketing from Rutgers University - Newark, which they completed in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering Science from Thomas Edison State University in 2000. In 1992, Peter attended the Teterboro School of Aeronautics, where they focused on Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology. Additionally, they have earned various certifications, including Disruptive Strategy and Design Thinking & Innovation from Harvard Business School, LEED AP from the US Green Building Council - South Florida Chapter, Black Belt Six Sigma from Caterpillar Inc., Lean Certification from Productivity Inc., and an Airframe & Powerplant license from the FAA.
