Crystal James

Customer Service Department Manager at NCCT

Crystal James has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as the Customer Service Department Manager at the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) since January 2010. Prior to this role, Crystal worked as an Office Assistant at the I and I agency from November 2008 to December 2009. Crystal holds an educational background from Missouri Western State University, where studies were completed in 2003.
