Sam W. has a strong background in technical field operations and application support in the healthcare industry. In 2011, they worked as a PACS/RIS Systems Specialist at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, specializing in clinical systems management. They then transitioned to the role of ICT Clinical Systems Manager before joining Wellbeing Software in 2016 as a Senior Application Specialist. In this role, they led application configuration and support for radiology software projects across the UK and Ireland. Since 2022, Sam W. has been the Head of Technical Field Operations at BRAINOMIX, where they oversee the installation and training of their software products throughout Europe.

Sam W. has a diverse education history. They started their education journey by attending Ravenswood Technology School from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued A Levels in an unspecified field of study.

Afterwards, Sam W. enrolled at The Open University, earning a Higher National Diploma in Design and Applied Arts from 2012 to 2018. During this time, they also obtained additional certifications, including becoming an HL7 Practitioner and obtaining PACS/DICOM Level 1-3 certification from The Purple Group in November 2014. Additionally, in June 2014, they received a Certificate of Higher Education (Design) from The Open University.

Currently, Sam W. is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Planetary Astronomy and Science at The Open University, which they have been working towards since 2019 and are expected to complete in 2024.
