Carl Schwab serves as Vice President of Enterprise Strategy at Navy Federal Credit Union, a role held since 2008, where responsibilities include driving the development and execution of the enterprise strategy for a $340M annual portfolio. Previous positions at Navy Federal include Vice President of Membership, where Carl led efforts that resulted in the acquisition of 1.5 million new members; Vice President of Branch Operations Projects and Training; and Assistant Vice President of Branch Operations Training and Support. Carl has a strong background in technology, process improvement, and training within a branch network of over 340 locations. Prior to Navy Federal, Carl worked at the Corporate Executive Board as Operations Manager. Education includes programs from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Virginia.
