Rochelle Ferguson has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Rochelle started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Bend River Mall in 1997. After that, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Mountain View Mall from 1998 to 2000. Rochelle then served as an Executive Assistant at IBT Financial from 2000 to 2001. Rochelle then transitioned into the role of a Research Assistant at Alliance for School Choice, where they worked from 2002 to 2005. Rochelle then joined Insurance Profit Systems in 2006 as an IT Support.
In 2011, Rochelle joined NAVIS Technologies as a Software Support Specialist Tier 3 and worked their way up to being a Lead Account Configuration Specialist. At NAVIS, they attended implementation planning meetings, managed multiple implementations, configured and validated client systems, and provided ongoing support.

Rochelle Ferguson obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer and Information Systems with a focus on Software Applications/Operating Systems from Central Oregon Community College in 2006. Prior to that, they attended American River College but did not obtain a degree. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including being a NAVIS Certified Professional in 2019 and completing several courses on Lynda.com related to HTML, remote work, agile planning, scrum, firewall administration, and VoIP and unified communications in 2018 and 2019.
