Vicky Murphy is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at Navara Oat Milling Ltd since January 2023. Prior to this role, Vicky held the position of Head of HR at Gold Line Feeds from September 2019 to December 2022, and previously worked at Data Image Group Ltd as Head of Operations & HR from 2017 to 2019, where responsibilities included designing and implementing HR services and policies. Vicky also served as HR Manager at Welcomm Communications Ltd from 2014 to 2017, overseeing all HR functions and recruitment processes. Earlier in the career, Vicky spent 17 years at Tesco Stores Ltd, culminating as Personnel Manager for the last 8 years, managing significant staff and management teams across various locations. Education was completed at Montagu School in Kettering, Northamptonshire, from 1985 to 1989.
