Mathew Prendergast is a seasoned professional in the fields of recruitment and sports coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at FootBridge since July 2023, Mathew has also held the position of Head FIS Coach & High Performance Director at Stratton Mountain School since April 2018, where Mathew previously worked as the Head Men's FIS Coach and Head Post Graduate Coach. Mathew's extensive experience in coaching began at Stratton Mountain School, where Mathew developed athletes from 2007 to 2011. Prior to their recruitment roles, Mathew owned CrossFit Wachusett from April 2010 to October 2018 and worked as a recruiter at FootBridge Energy in 2017. Mathew Prendergast earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Plymouth State University in 2007.
