Alyson Holland is a seasoned legal professional with a robust background in commercial law and contracts. Currently serving as Commercial Counsel for Bazaarvoice since October 2020, Alyson previously held the position of Contracts Counsel at Emerson Automation Solutions from January 2019 to October 2020. Prior experience includes roles as an Attorney at Carroll Counsel PLLC from November 2016 to January 2019 and various legal internships at organizations such as The West Virginia Land Stewardship Corporation and The Wilderness Society between 2014 and 2016. Alyson earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from West Virginia University College of Law in 2016 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a concentration in Advertising from West Virginia University, completed in 2013.
