Neha Komma is an accomplished technology executive with a strong background in product management and leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Product at Nav Technologies, Inc., Neha previously held significant roles, including Founding Head of Product for Robinhood Crypto, where a remarkable 15x growth in business and customers was achieved. Neha built the consumer growth organization at Coinbase, resulting in a 17% cumulative lift in user growth. Additional experience includes product roles at Airbnb, Facebook, and Elastic, as well as co-founding Lushbox, a subscription service for luxury cosmetics.
