Sales Development Director
NAV Fund Administration Group is seeking a Sales Development Director to drive significant growth of our unique and fast-growing Fund Administration business.
The Sales Development Director will lead the strategy, development, execution, and measurement of our sales programs. Partnering directly with leadership and other key stakeholders, the Sales Development Director will establish sales training, sales progression, and design and execute strategic initiatives resulting in increased sales and close rates across the team.Â

The Opportunity:

On a Given Day, You Will:
Lead the sales organization to meet their sales goals and generate predictable and repeatable successes.
Motivate, influence, coach and inspire the sales team through sales activities such as call monitoring, role playing, pipeline audits and closing deals alongside sellers.
Guide sales staff to better performance and help them navigate sales challenges by providing constructive feedback. Identify gaps and prioritize key initiatives for the sales team.
Track key performance metrics and analyze data to measure team performance and make informed decisions. Leverage resources such as CRM data to identify opportunities for improvement at both individual and organizational levels.
Provide regular reports and updates to Senior Leadership.

Create and execute the organization’s Sales Strategy including the sales process from lead qualification to forecasting future sales leads and deals.
Create Sales Playbook for best practices and equip sales team with world-class resources such as battle cards, playbooks and sales collateral.

Strong project management skills to achieve milestones and drive results.
Experience with change management and a passion for helping others succeed in sales.
Professional Qualifications:
Engaging and experienced in delivering inspirational and motivational training sessions and events.
Proven experience building strong relationships with internal partners and effectively engage with Senior Leadership.
Strategic: Experience reviewing data and refining methods, such as identifying team members strengths to position them where they’re most efficient.
Location and Travel:
We are hiring for this role in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.
Occasional travel for client, company, and industry events; up to 20% or as needed.
