Krista S. is a seasoned professional in development and communications, currently serving as the Director of Development & Communications at Nature Conservancy of Canada since September 2019. Prior experience includes the role of Associate Director of Development at the University of British Columbia's Faculty of Science from September 2012 to September 2019, and Development Officer at the University of Victoria from November 2007 to September 2012. Krista began their career as a Development Associate at the Royal Ontario Museum in 2007 and also held the position of Communications and Events Coordinator at the Canadian Language and Literacy Research Network. Krista holds a Bachelor of Health Science degree from the University of Western Ontario, completed in 2004, as well as a Certificate in Corporate Communications and Public Relations from Fanshawe College, obtained in 2006.
