Roberto “Tito” Soto-Carrión serves as the Education Equity Director at DonorsChoose since October 2022, and has been a committed equity practitioner through various roles, including Antiracist Consultant, Strategist, Coach, and Researcher at R.Soto-Carrion since June 2012. Tito's extensive experience includes positions as Racial Equity Facilitator at ProInspire, Racial Justice Strategist and Coach at RE•CENTER, and Lead Trainer at the Center for Racial Justice in Education, among others. With a strong educational background that includes a doctoral program in Sociology at Brandeis University and a Graduate Certificate in Restorative Practices, Tito emphasizes a life-long commitment to centering equity and racial justice in all endeavors.
