Agenor Leão currently serves as the Vice President of Brazil at Natura, overseeing the Brazilian business. In addition, Agenor Leão holds the position of President of the Board of Directors at ABEVD - Associação Brasileira de Empresas de Vendas Diretas, and previously served as an Advisory Board Member at Netglobe. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Agenor Leão was the VP of Business Platform Latam at Natura &Co, focusing on digital transformation and innovation. Prior to these roles, Agenor Leão was Vice President for Latin America at Natura and held various senior positions at Vivo, including CIO/CDO. Agenor Leão's academic credentials include degrees from IESE Business School, USP - Universidade de São Paulo, FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and Universidade Federal da Bahia.
