Rajneen Arora is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of BEST/ Gift Group since December 2022, Rajneen has successfully led the company through a significant transition following a business sale. Prior to this role, Rajneen held positions as General Manager and Operations Manager, demonstrating a strong ability to revamp legacy businesses and manage operations effectively. Experience includes roles at Randall Communications Pty Ltd as Operations Manager, where Rajneen gained hands-on eCommerce experience, and Amazon as a Transaction Risk Investigator, providing insights into technical and financial aspects of the industry. Rajneen holds a Master's degree in Strategic Supply Chain and Logistics from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University.
