Jonathan McGuinness has a diverse work experience starting as a Telesales Executive at Leyton & Associates in 2010. Jonathan then worked at Marketforce Business Media Ltd in various roles such as Sales Executive, Senior Sales Executive, Head of Delegate Sales, and Senior Sponsorship Executive from 2011 to 2017. In 2017, they had brief stints at Ink - we are travel media as an Etihad Account Manager and at IQPC Exchange UK as a Sponsorship Sales Manager. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as the Sales Manager for Critical Communications Series at MA Exhibitions. Currently, they are working at Natterbox as both a Solution Delivery Manager and a Senior Project Manager since 2021.

Jonathan McGuinness completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Portsmouth, from 2007 to 2010. Jonathan then attended Pareto Law in 2010, where they focused on developing professional selling skills. Later, in 2014, Jonathan pursued an MBA in Aviation Management from Coventry University London, completing it in 2016.
