Robert Westerberg has an extensive work history within the aviation and aerospace industry. Robert served as an International Coordination Specialist at NATS for 30 years, followed by roles at RAF Air Cadets and Borealis Alliance. Currently, they hold the position of Officer Commanding Qualified Aerospace Instructor Course at RAF Air Cadets, overseeing training delivery and strategic direction. Robert'sprevious roles include leading aerospace activities at the South West Region of the Air Cadets and managing the Qualified Aerospace Instructors Course at MoD Boscombe Down. Robert also worked as a Training Officer at Air Training Corps and held a strategic role at NATS as a Strategic Threat & Risk Lead.

Robert Westerberg attended Latymer Upper School from 1978 to 1986. Later, they pursued further education at BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT from 2022 to 2030.
