Harriet Ramona Crayton, CMP, has extensive experience in public affairs, operations, and safety management, currently serving as the Transit Safety Education Program Manager at the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County since October 2011, overseeing safety education and outreach. Prior roles at METRO include Senior Public Affairs Representative, where connections with stakeholders were developed to enhance public perception, and METRO Ambassador Program Volunteer Manager, managing over 225 volunteer events. Previously, Harriet held positions at KBR, Inc., providing operational support during Iraqi Freedom, and at Houston First Corporation as Convention Services Manager.
