Currently, Bethany holds the position of Operations Team Manager on the Bereavement Helpdesk, where Bethany continues to utilize their expertise in coaching, development, and emotional intelligence to support colleagues and manage projects effectively. Through their role, Bethany plays a key part in ensuring departmental targets and quality monitoring goals are met, while also fostering strong relationships across departments for seamless collaboration.
