As VP of Strategy, New Products & M&A at Carta, Dhruv Dhingra founded and led the Employee Financial Solutions business, achieving significant annual recurring revenue. Dhruv Dhingra has also served on the Credit Committee for Carta's substantial loan portfolio. Prior to Carta, Dhruv Dhingra was the Head of Strategy & Finance for Airbnb's Experiences Business, where important monetization strategies and projects were piloted to enhance financial outcomes. Dhruv Dhingra is also a Fellow/Entrepreneur in Residence at Menlo Ventures and an angel investor focusing on early-stage companies. Previous roles include founder and CEO of a B2C startup, McKinsey & Company, Accenture, and a summer associate at HSBC Asset Management.
