Shinnette Grier has an extensive work history starting in 2006 at GoodCents as a Call Center Trainer/Supervisor. Shinnette then worked at Vesta Corporation as a Call Center Trainer, followed by eSecuritel as a Customer Care Trainer/Vendor Manager. Afterwards, they joined The Network as an Operations Supervisor. Shinnette then moved to Ricoh Americas Corporation as a Manager of the Customer Interaction Team. Shinnette later transitioned to Assurant as a Remote Business Unit Manager II. Currently, they hold the position of Manager of Remote Operations at NationsBenefits and also co-owns Ride and Shine Carwash of Atlanta with their husband.

Shinnette Grier studied Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Georgia State University.
