Courtney Brooks began their work experience in 2010 as an RN Case Manager at Unicare Health. Courtney then joined Kindred at Home in 2014 as an RN Case Manager before transitioning to Paradigm HomeCare in the same year. At Paradigm HomeCare, Courtney held various roles, starting as an RN Clinical Manager in 2014, then becoming the Executive Director from December 2021 to February 2023, and currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations.

Courtney Brooks earned their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler (UT Health) in 2007.
