Katie Krause is an experienced communications and marketing professional, currently serving as Vice President of Communications & Marketing at the National Turkey Federation since April 2023. Previously, Katie held the position of Director of Public Relations for the Baltimore Orioles, where responsibilities included managing comprehensive public relations functions, overseeing media interactions, and orchestrating major events. Katie's earlier roles include Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at the Arizona Diamondbacks, where substantial media relations success was achieved, such as securing features in major publications and creating viral content. Additional experience encompasses various positions in media relations for organizations like Spurs Sports & Entertainment and contributions to the academic field as a Teaching Assistant at Grand Canyon University. Katie holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications with a minor in General Business from St. Mary's University.
