Katherine Peterson is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry with a strong background in operations and sales. Currently serving as an Operations and Sales Analyst at National Hospitality Services since November 2016, Katherine has previously held significant roles including Director of Sales and Sales Manager at Holiday Inn Fargo, Event Manager and Assistant to the Director of Events at Hilton Minneapolis, and Sales Coordinator at Davidson Hotel Company. Katherine began in the culinary field as an Assistant Pastry Chef at Accor Hotels. Educationally, Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from North Dakota State University and an Associate of Applied Science from the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Program at Brown College.
