Jeffrey 'JT' Elder is an experienced leader in the field of geospatial intelligence and military operations, currently serving as Director of the Architecture & Engineering Group at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency since 2019. Elder previously held the position of Chief Executive (Commanding Officer) at the Naval Surface Warfare Center's Crane Division, where notable achievements included implementing data-driven decision-making processes and achieving quality certification within a stringent timeframe. Other significant roles include Director of the Cost & Analysis Department at Naval Aviation Systems Command and Deputy Director of the Special Communications Directorate at the National Reconnaissance Office.
