Amy Lewis is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of HR & Employee Experience at National EWP Inc. since August 2023, Amy previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Elko County from February 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included advising management on HR practices and overseeing employee issues. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Dyno Nobel and Senior Human Resources Representative at both Newmont Mining Corporation and Barrick Gold Corporation, where Amy managed HR functions, provided counsel on policies, and led recruitment efforts. Amy began their career as a Career Advisor at Missouri University of Science and Technology. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Drury University.
