Michelle Natividad Rodriguez has extensive work experience in the legal and advocacy field. From 2003 to 2010, they served as a Senior Staff Attorney at Public Advocates. In 2010, they joined the National Employment Law Project (NELP) as the Chief of Programs, a position they currently hold. In addition to their role at NELP, they have also served as a Board Member for various organizations, including the East Bay Community Law Center, Common Counsel Foundation (2007-2020), Oakland Asian Cultural Center (2011-2014), and APA Family Support Services (2007-2012).
Michelle Natividad Rodriguez pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Plan II from The University of Texas at Austin, completing it in the period from 1994 to 1999. Later, they attended Columbia Law School and obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) degree between 2000 and 2003.
