Stephanie McKim (Castellano) has a diverse work experience. Stephanie began their career in 2009 as a Research Intern for Strategic Sustainability Consulting and an Undergraduate Research Assistant for the Center for Applied Behavior Systems. In 2010, they were an Environmental Attitudes Assessment Intern for Virginia Tech Office of Sustainability and a Data Coordinator for Girl Scouts Nation's Capital. In 2013, they were a Waste Audit Contractor for Strategic Sustainability Consulting. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at National Geographic as a Retention Marketing Specialist. Her most recent role was at the National Council of Jewish Women, INC, where they were an Associate Director of Development and Database Operations and a Manager of Database and Development Services. In this role, they served as an expert on the organization's EveryAction database and created policies to ensure data integrity, generated a dashboard to show progress toward the $1.5 million fundraising goal, and ran the development operations by ensuring that gifts and donor information was updated and maintained.
Stephanie McKim (Castellano) graduated from Virginia Tech in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology & Humanities, Science, and the Environment. Stephanie began their studies at Virginia Tech in 2006.
