Christelle Bsaibes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and engineering. Currently serving as Hackathon Program Manager and Interim Director of Programs at Hackergal since June 2021, Christelle provides leadership for the National Hackathon Program, curriculum design, and community engagement strategies, while overseeing learning experiences in STEAM. Previously, Christelle was a Project Manager at IECD, focusing on the renovation and development of Vocational and Technical Education programs. Earlier experience at Dar Al-Handasah included serving as an Electrical Project Engineer, managing engineering design projects and client presentations. Christelle holds an MBA from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
