Wes Bearden is an accomplished legal and investigative professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. As CEO and Attorney at Bearden Investigative Agency, Inc. since January 1996, Wes has developed a robust career in the investigative field. In addition, Wes has served as President of the National Council of Investigative and Security Services since November 2020 and is a Partner at JW Bearden & Associates, PLLC since June 2010. Previously, Wes held the position of General Counsel for the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators (TALI) from January 2009 to August 2019. Wes Bearden holds a Juris Doctorate in Law from Texas Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University.
