Haifa George serves as Head Of People & Culture at both the National Contracting Center and Senior Financial Group since 2018. Previously, Haifa worked as HR Manager and Team Lead at Oak Ridge National Laboratory from 2007 to 2014, providing HR consulting services to various internal clients. Prior experience includes roles as Senior HR Generalist/Business Partner at Covenant Health, Manager of Human Resources at Walker Digital, and Manager of Global Management Associate Programs at Citibank, NA. Haifa's earlier career included positions as a Compensation/Employment Assistant at Ithaca College and a Student Assistant and Copy Editor at Vanderbilt University. Haifa holds a BA in French from Vanderbilt University, completed in 1995.
