Annette Reid is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Talent Management at CNA Insurance since June 2013. Reid is responsible for key functions including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Employee Engagement, among others. Prior to this role, Reid held various senior positions at Aviva plc from 2008 to 2013, including Global Talent Management Director and SVP Organisation Development. Reid's extensive career began at Aviva in 1991, where roles included Vice President of Talent and Vice President Human Resources Business Partner. Annette Reid holds a degree in Human Resources from Edinburgh Napier University and has achieved FCIPD status through CIPD Qualifications since 1999.
