Nikita Sam is a Conflict Resolution Trainer at the National Conflict Resolution Center, specializing in conducting workshops on inclusive communication and conflict resolution strategies. With experience as a Project Coordinator, Nikita has managed large-scale projects and organized events for companies. A leadership mentor for Alpha Kappa Psi's Mu Sigma Chapter, Nikita developed a comprehensive leadership program and prepared students for the workforce through mock interviews. Previous roles include Brand Strategist at POP DENIM, Co-Founder and VP of Marketing for the Persian Student Association at SDSU, and various internships focused on marketing and community relations. Nikita holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing and Psychology from San Diego State University.
