Raghavendra T has been with Pierian Services since November 2007, ascending to the role of Associate Vice President after serving as Senior Manager. Raghavendra directs a team of six in Business Process Re-engineering and ERP implementation, while managing various E-commerce projects that involve integrating BPM tools with SAP and developing learning and development tools. Key responsibilities include transition management, process enhancement through Robotics, and ensuring business excellence through quality compliance and continuous improvement. Prior to Pierian Services, Raghavendra held several positions at B.K. Ramadhyani & Co. LLP from June 2001 to November 2007, concluding as Senior Audit Assistant. Raghavendra holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Gulbarga University, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
