Saleh Alkhalifah serves as the Head of Support Services at the National Center for Privatization & PPP since September 2023, providing strategic oversight in Human Resources, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Administration. Prior to this role, Saleh spent a decade at Colleges of Excellence, where positions included Vice President of Support Services and Director of Procurement and Contracts, achieving significant savings and operational improvements. Saleh has a diverse background in contract management and procurement, having begun as a Budget Analyst at Saudi Electricity Company and gaining early experience as a Business Analyst in the PPP Unit at TVTC. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Concordia University and further executive education from INSEAD and London Business School.
