Mara Lima has a variety of work experience in different roles and industries. Mara initially worked as a scanning administrator at foundations states of jersey from September 2019 to January 2020. Following that, they joined Next as a sales assistant and team coach from October 2020 to December 2021. Mara then worked at Deloitte as a receptionist/administrator from January 2022 to April 2022. Mara then moved to the LGL Group, where they served as a trainee client administrator from April 2022 to September 2022. Currently, they are employed as a junior administrator at Intertrust Group, starting in September 2022.

Mara Lima completed their Vocational Studies at Highlands College from 2010 to 2013. Mara then pursued their GCSE at Haute Vallee school from 2008 to 2013. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Business Administration from the States of Jersey.
