S. Michelle Wilcox is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in various roles focused on instructional leadership, strategic planning, and educational transformation. Currently serving as the Review Coordinator for the National Career Academy Coalition, S. Michelle Wilcox has a track record of successfully developing career academies and enhancing teaching and learning. As Executive Director and Consultant at Steele Dynamics since 2015, S. Michelle Wilcox supports business and educational organizations in cultivating effective teams and systemic change. Previous roles include Executive Officer for High Schools at Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools and Dean of Business, Computer, and Construction Tech at St. Johns River State College, among others. S. Michelle Wilcox holds multiple degrees from the University of North Florida, including a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership.
