Doreen Makumi, MICM, is an experienced Corporate Communications Expert at the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) since September 2014. Prior to this role, Doreen served as an Events, Publication, and Communications Officer at the Institute of Policy Analysis and Research (IPAR-Rwanda) from March 2013 to September 2014. Doreen's professional experience also includes serving as a Public Relations Specialist at the Rwanda Social Security Board from September 2008 to February 2013 and as a Protocol and International Relations Officer at Kigali City Council from October 2005 to September 2008. Academic credentials include a Master’s in International Communication Management from The Hague University of Applied Sciences (2011-2012) and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Kampala International University (2003-2005).
